Dictation Instructions
1.
Dial 412 447 7000 (Our regular clients get our Toll Free dictation number) to access the system.
2.
When prompted for site ID, enter 50 followed by the # key.
3.
When prompted for user ID, enter 100 followed by the # key.
4.
Press 2 to begin dictating. Press 2 again to pause.
5.
When finished, press 8 to complete report and begin another report OR Press 5 to disconnect.
Additional Keystrokes
1.
Record/Pause ( You will hear two short beeps when in "pause" mode )
2.
Rewind + Play
3.
Go to end of dictation
4.
Mark job as priority (press at any point during dictation)
5.
Go to beginning of dictation
If you get a Prompt: "Input time exceeded error : Please press any key to stay connected,"
please press any key. You will hear two short beeps. Please press 2 to start dictation again.
